April 1st - April Fools!

It's April Fools day! Watch out for the faux news and reports of life changes from your loved ones.

Rain, rain, and a bit more rain. Hopefully our dirt roads don't get any worse than they already have been. March was extremely busy and the soupiness of the roads around Newbury & Bradford was something of a challenge. From navigating roads for final walkthroughs and digging my father's Saab out of the road they live on due to the crazy depth of the mud, a reprieve would be appreciated.

With a grand total of five closings this past month, many happy buyers and sellers found their way into their next chapter via the closing table. Real Estate is not without its troubles, but fortunately the community in the Upper Valley region finds a way to come together and accomplish what needs to be done. The contacts we have are a crucial part of my business, and I'm very fortunate to say I work with some of the best.

Hopefully warmer weather is upon us. My last post showed some seedlings and growth under an initial starting light. This month, I have attached a photo of my plants in their tent happily absorbing the artificial sun. The modern capabilities of having indoor gardens opens the potential for a continuous cycle of growing and enjoying produce from your own labor. I have also attached a photo of my Aerogarden, which is a fantastic product that I recommend to anyone that wants to have a "smart" experience of growing plants in your home with little maintenance.

I was born and raised in the town of Newbury, Vermont. Before, during, and after obtaining my Bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, I worked in the hospitality industry throughout New England.
