"While Darren excelled I am much less that impressed with the firm that did the remote closing. Nick J. Daley, Esq. Bauer Gravel Farnham, LLP, Attorneys at Law advised that I needed to pay $50 for UPS to receive my closing check the day after the closing. I did not receive the check until 5 days later. (The closing was Friday 6/30. It should have been delivered Sat, 7/1. Due to Sun 7/2 and Tues 7/4 it was delivered three business days later, not one day.). I was upset and asked for my $50 returned, which I feel that a phone call from the legal firm to UPS could have facilitated this. The legal firm clearly does not have the Sotheby quality of service and replied "I’m sorry it did not arrive sooner, but we can’t control UPS once the package leaves our office.". That did not settle well with me, as one could expect."
