March 2023 - Personal Post

Snow, snow, and more snow. Where has the green grass gone? Oh right, it's only March. The start of the month has been busy, with a few closings wrapping up the end of February and other tasks relevant to other transactions adding to the daily list of tasks. I love being busy, and fortunately this career has yet to disappoint.

Inventory is a challenge, we're all talking about it. Especially with the large number of buyers that are still in the market and looking for their first or next home, listings are a valuable commodity and are popular from their first day on the market. Creativity is the name of the game, and finding deals is difficult but not impossible.

I have a number of listings that will be coming to market in the next few weeks, as well as the coming months. If you'd like to add your property to that list, please feel free to reach out any time! If you're looking to accomplish a purchase, I'm also happy to discuss a buyer endeavor and to get the wheels in motion towards a transaction forming.

I was born and raised in the town of Newbury, Vermont. Before, during, and after obtaining my Bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, I worked in the hospitality industry throughout New England. One of my proudest achievements is being one of the youngest Certified Sommeliers, having passed the exam at the age of 21.
